Okay, so I’m here online at my new blog, Silly Nothings. It’s absolutely that…a blog about the silliness and the nothing in my head. Maybe I’ll have a few readers…I’m just hoping for some good conversation to get the rambling out of my head. I guess it’s like Mike Birbiglia’s “Secret Public Journal” (who, by the way, is my favorite comedian)…just an online secret journal for the whole world to see? But, I’m not famous or very funny. And, oh yea, I’m not a writer. I’m a talker without an audience or a even a good club.
I’m Lesley and I posted a little bit about myself here. The site is a little lean right now, but I’m going to fill it out. The technical setup is giving my brain a little project. The content part is helping me feel like I’m having a conversation or two…although, it might just be with myself.
Now that I’ve finally marked myself “here”, I’m off to the park with my toddler for some serious sliding and swinging…and maybe some good convo with friendly puppies.
